Who is this program for?

This program is made for those who are unhappy with their weight, size, or amount of body fat. I know how frustrating it can be. This is the exact position many of my clients were in when they started their journey, but you too can succeed as they have.

Did Ash create this program?

Yes, I did. I have been a weight loss coach for over 7 years now, with qualifications in both exercise and nutrition, and have helped make over 200 transformations. I built this program so that you don't have to question every step in your journey. It's true, weight loss can be hard, if you're doing it all wrong. Let's make it simple for you.

Will this work for me?

Yes, if you follow my advise and put in the work. I strive to make achieving your goals as quick and easy as possible, however I cannot do it for you. If you're willing to take my advice onboard and put it into action, you will see results.

Will I be able to speak with Ash?

Yes, I will be on hand at all times. You can message me directly within the coaching app. I'll also be providing you with daily feedback on your nutrition and exercise, whilst keeping an eye on your progress.

I am struggling with hunger, will this help?

Yes, if you're struggling with hunger then you're doing it all wrong. It's important to manipulate your calories in a way that enables you to increase the volume of food being consumed, without over consuming your calories. Certain foods will aid in fullness, making the right choices is key.

Is this for UK only?

This is for anyone in the world that wants to get involved. I'm proud to have worked with clients across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, as well as the USA, Canada, Austria, Switzerland, Dubai, Australia and New Zealand, and I'd love to expand this further.

I don't know where to begin with exercise, will this help?

Certainly, not only will you receive a personalised exercise plan, whether that's for your local gym, or at home, but you will also have access to tutorial videos for every single exercise you're ever asked to do. You will also be able to send videos to me, your coach, enabling me to review your form and provide feedback where necessary.

What happens once I've signed up?

You'll receive a welcome email explaining the next steps. In short you'll be invited to join the coaching app and complete a short consultation form, this gives me the information I need to piece together your personalised program. I'll generally have this done within 24 hours, and then we'll get you started.

Why do I need to submit food diaries?

This is so I can complete an audit of your nutritional habits. This is one of the most important and beneficial elements of the program. This is where I will review your eating habits and the food choices you're making, the amount of calories you're consuming, as well as how many grams of protein you're having per day. From here I will be able to pinpoint any mistakes you may be making, and help you to make any necessary changes to get your nutrition to where it needs to be. You'll begin receiving feedback after your first food diary is submitted.

How long does it take to start seeing results?
